What is Thrivin Club?

Thrivin Club is Thrivin’s loyalty program. It rewards you with points for shopping and for engaging with Thrivin. You can redeem your points for discounts and rewards.

Is Thrivin Club free?

Yes. Thrivin Club is completely free to join.

Joining Thrivin Club

How do I join Thrivin Club?

Simply create a Thrivin account and you’ll be automatically enrolled in Thrivin Club.

Do I need an account to earn points?

Yes. You must be logged into your Thrivin account to earn and redeem points.

Earning points

How can I earn points?

You can earn points not just by shopping, but by being part of Thrivin Club. This includes placing orders, referring friends, and completing other actions available in your loyalty account.

You will receive 750 Thrivin Club points as a first order bonus if:

• It is your first completed order
• You were registered for the Thrivin Club at the time of purchase
• The order was placed while the Thrivin Club was active
• The order was not cancelled or fully refunded.

When are points added to my account?

Points are usually added immediately after completing the action.

Why didn’t I receive points?

Make sure you were logged into your Thrivin account when completing the action. If your points are still missing, please contact our Customer Support team.

Can I change my date of birth?

Yes. You can update your date of birth if you made a mistake.

Please note: you can only earn birthday points once per calendar year.

Loyalty tiers & benefits

What loyalty tiers are available?

There are three tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

How do I reach a new tier?

You reach our Gold tier when you have 1,700 points and the Platinum tier at 5,000 points.

How many points do I earn per tier?

• Silver: 5 points per €1 spent
• Gold: 7 points per €1 spent
• Platinum: 10 points per €1 spent

Using points

How do I use my points?

You can redeem your points at checkout.

What can I use my points for?

Points can be used as a monetary discount, such as €5 off your order or free shipping.

Can I use points together with a discount code?

Yes. You can stack loyalty points with discount codes.

Why can’t I see my points at checkout?

Make sure you are logged into your Thrivin account and that you have enough points available.

Returns, cancellations & adjustments

What happens to my points if I return an order?

If you return all or part of an order, the points earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

What happens if my order is cancelled?

Any points earned from a cancelled order will be removed from your account.

Points expiry

Do Thrivin Club points expire?

Yes. Points expire after one calendar year.

What happens when my points expire?

Expired points are automatically removed and cannot be restored.

Referrals

How do referrals work?

Every Thrivin Club member has a unique referral link. When someone uses your link and meets the conditions, you will earn points.

Where can I find my referral link?

Your referral link is available in your Thrivin Club account.

Account & technical questions

Is Thrivin Club linked to my country?

Yes. Thrivin Club is linked to your Thrivin account and your country of residence.

To earn and use points, please make sure to shop on the Thrivin website for the same country as your account.

What happens if I shop on a different country website?

If you place an order on a different country website:

• You may not earn loyalty points
• Your points may not be available at checkout
• Rewards and points cannot be transferred between countries

What happens if I delete my account?

If you delete your Thrivin account, all points and rewards will be lost and cannot be recovered.

I think my points balance is incorrect. What should I do?
